very modern,clean hotel with good in room facilities.Restaurant modern and breakfast freshly prepared was excellent.Very central

Very little parking.No Lounge area to relax if staying for long periods of time

Clean modern friendly Food very good

Whirlpool bath jets would not turn on, air con not working properly making room very warm. music in corridor too loud and could be heard in room was turned down on request. Limited parking

"wOULD STSY AGAIN IN A QUITE ROOM, CONVIENT FOR hull AND MY BUSINESS" (107206376)

Nice clean and coveint boutique hotel with lots too offer such as free WIFI, COfee Machine decent TV ETC,ETC. eXCELLENT BREAKFAST

rOOM i STAYED was NOISY AT NIGHT, DUE TO TRAFFICE NOISE AND BEING ABOVE RECEPTION - AVOID ROOMS AT THE FRONT OF THE HOTEL.
