Excellent response and communication, via e-mail, throughout the booking process. Our host, Thierry Jannsens, personally saw to our every need upon our arrival, as well. I wish our schedule had allowed us to stay longer...
It was warm, quite warm, but that is not the fault of the hotel, and Thierry gave us valuable advice as to when we should open our windows (after 2100) and did his best to make our short stay as comfortable as possible. The most negative (but, yet, constructive) point I can think of was that their website said that they had "Wireless Internet" access but, after not getting a signal, I was told that I had to use a LAN network using a wired-device that plugged into the house's electrical current. It worked well-enough, however, but that information needs to be changed on the website to avoid any future miscommunication.
