I enjoyed a lot the bedroom and the breakfast, delicious and very well prepared, full of different food from all over the world. Perfect for an international breakfast abroad. The bathroom was useful but small. Excellent position, near to the bus station and to the main attraction of the city. Only 10 minutes walking for each. Staff very kind and pleasant.
I have some difficulties in founding the check-in point. Cupboards and bathroom were too small. No places for leaving the luggage on the last day.

Nice rooms, nice people
The outside of the hotel looks pretty poor. The picture of this hotel doesn't look like the real one at all. Only the outside looks not good, the rooms are ok.

Spacious room with in-room facilities, Internet available (though a bit slow), excellent furniture
Cooker was out of order (and it hasn't been fixed on returning ti the same room a week later or so ... !).

the best ting of this hotel was its location. it is ideally situated near the main street, bus terminius, and market place. so the travelling was comfortable.
the only problem with the room was it was small, but cosy. the bathrooms had a particular stink. but i guess it was of sulphur that is present in the hot water over there. i personally didnt feel like entering the bathroom. i would suggest them to use some method to make it stink free.

The staff, in particular the woman on the desk at night and the woman staffing the restaurant in the evening during my stay were fantastically helpful. The owner was very nice and drove me to Sea Barron's when I asked for directions. The car rental process was quick and efficient and the price was reasonable.

Place is fantastic! Close to everything in Reyka 101. All of the staff are very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was delicious.

I had been expecting a design hotel for the price and from the photos, and got a cheap upgrade from a hostel. We could have spent the same money on a better hotel." (107696517)
Location - right at the end of the main street so a nice 15 minute walk into the core. Ease of renting a vehicle on a public holiday.
The staff was not very knowledgeable about most things - tours, renting vehicles, shuttles. They were nice and tried to help, but could be much more efficient. The apartment we stayed in was across the street from the hotel and smokers had been staying there - it smelled awful. The bathroom was tiny, dirty and the shower mechanism was falling out of the wall. The online photos were deceiving, the place was dingy.

The room was much smaller than we expected for a deluxe room.

Fantastic hotel, extremely friendly staff who were always there when u needed them. Hotel was situated in the middle of town which was ideal and all the tours were booked via the hotel.
We had to come home :(

Some of the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I have ever met. The reception staff were happy to help in any way possible and also assisted as I extended my stay by two nights at short notice.

Clean nice rooms
Staff told me our two rooms would be 120 euros each, then revised the price upwards during both of our two separate stays at the hotel - got the feeling they bumped up the normal price to match an inflated price I'd agreed to when booking on the internet
