The staff cleaning the rooms were helpful and excellent
The reception staff and dining room staff were unhelpful and rude. I booked 2 rooms as there were 2 adults and 2 children, The rooms were totally inappropriate for family occupancy. The wash area was insufficient

la reservation par internet ne pas assez claire pour réserver le petit déjeuné et pour accéder de nuit à l'hotel
