Nice clean B & B within walking distance of both beachfront and shopping/dining.
Only fault was we felt like we were standing under a garden sprinkler when having a shower. Not much pressure.

Annie's Guest House, South Shields - Reviews & Ratings"Loved it. I will use the B&B again, you couldn't ask for more for the money." (107349720)
I would like to comment on how friendly the staff were, seemed very genuine and most pleasant. Cracking breakfast. Very clean rooms, clean each day... very impressed.
If I had to knit pick it would have to be that the matteress and pillows were too soft; but that personnel preference.
