"we had hoped to stay at a hotel in Neuchatel and were aware that the location of the hotel we ended up with was not convenient. however the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the fantastic countryside made any inconvenience well worth it and we hope very much to be able to return to the hotel for a hiking holiday" (97835021)
excellent staff and countryside
had to ask for tea making facilities in room - which were provided promptly no public transport to hotel - but staff were very helpful in ferrying us to station
