An efficiently run bus service(take bus 31 every 10 mins)into Bordeaux centre is located on the road adjacent to the hotel main entrance - tram change is required(use tram C)." (97001960)
Excellent appointed room, extremely comfortable bed and a great shower.
Breakfast a little disappointing considering the 22 euro cost.

IT IS STILL OWNED BY SOFITEL BUT NOBODY HAD COURTESY TO ADVISE THAT IF WAS NO LONGER A SOFITEL. IT IS UNLIKELY I WILL USE ACTIVE HOTELS OR ANY ACCOR HOTEL AGAIN. PULLMAN ADVERTISES A NEW ATTITUDE FOR BUSINESS TRAVELLERS, IT SHOULD BE A BAD ATTITUDE FOR ALL TRAVELLERS!" (97642895)
