Rutland Guest House, St Leonards-on-Sea - Reviews & Ratings"Perfect 'B & B' many other establishments can learn from the 'Rutland'.I visited the 'Rutland' as my wife, daughter-in-laws & granddaughters were at the local caravan park and I wished to surprise them.(Needless to say, what chap wishes to share a caravan with 3 women & 2 girls) I will return with my wife as I know that we will enjoy a nice, relaxing, quite weekend with good food. " (108017069)
Excellent 'B & B' I could not fault it. Spotlessly clean,Full breakfast menu, I had a lovely 'full English' breakfast with as much toast & coffee as I wished, although on the sea front it was very quiet and relaxing.'WiFi' access was great and very cheap thus I could check my emails etc, at my leasure.

Rutland Guest House, St Leonards-on-Sea - Reviews & Ratings"We had an excellent long weekend in this part of the UK and Rutlands was a very good place to start trips from." (107591051)
Very welcoming owners. Very good breakfast. Excellent location, both generally (Kent/Sussex) as well as in town (beach/seaside). Good pub (with good food) almost next door. Good parking. Close to Dover-Calais
Bed was too short for a tall person. TV receipt was very bad. Single rooms are always very small. No ensuite bathroom

Rutland Guest House, St Leonards-on-Sea - Reviews & Ratings"Very good. Looks a bit expensive compared to other better looking places in the region, but the comfort and service make up for this." (107131526)
Very friendly, seafront location in quiet part of town. Comfy bed. Fresh, cooked to order breakfast.
Can be difficult parking. Plenty of space within 100 yards, but finding something directly outside can be tricky.
