Orchard Manor, Truro - Reviews & Ratings"Overall our experience was a good one and the proprietor was an excellent host. The facility is a good quality Guest House but this is not reflected by the daily rate which is more in line with Hotel accomodation. Clearly the owner wants to attact business customers and to achieve this he will have to address issues such as guests sharing the same breakfast table. Often business people are in a hurry and having a chat with holiday makers over breakfast may not be appreciated." (107249779)
The owner was very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was to a high standard. Good quiet location in a peaceful village. Views from the bedroom window/balcony where excellent.
The bed was old, creaked and needed replacing. The start of breakfast was limited to the owner's prefered times, usually 08.00; although this may have been due to a the housekeeper being on holiday.
