service and room were excellent
The automated booking machine was a bit long winded but a member of staff came straight over and talked me through, he was very helpful.

Lodge On The Park, Winterbourne - Reviews & Ratings"Even though there was not any "visuable" staff at the Lodge on the Park hotel, breakfast could be taken at Starbucks very close to the hotel. Rooms were cleaned each day. Dinner could be taken in the Hotel on the opposite side of the road. The room was very compfortable and modern and we had a very nice stay at the Lodge on the Parl Hotel. Very nice and modern room, inviting atmosphere with coffee, te and biscuits, very good sanitary facilities
Heating did not work after a certain time in the evening, it started again each morning, therefore the room was rather cold each time we came back to the room in the evening.

the room was beautiful, very comfortable and well equipped and the shower was amazing!
we arrived late and i was a bit confused about the check in process a member of staff was very helpful however

Very nice bathroom with a nice power shower, room was clean and did the job! Good location aswell for overnight travel as just off the motorway, also only a few mins away from cribbs causeway area.
Computerised check-in was a bit difficult and took about 15 mins. Vending machine was empty to had to purchase drinks from the overpriced starbucks next door. Hotel not very well sign posted and GPS did not pick up postcode.

Comfort and all facilities I needed in the room.
Electronic check-in wasn't working so it took me over half an hour to check in, the poor receptionist was struggling with the system. More training needed I think.
