"Very unhappy with the culture of lying by staff, we were told a number of direct lies by the staff, including that there were only 4 rooms with airconditioning in the whole hotel." (107210621)
Beautiful rooms, good location across from the Train Station
If you book this hotel at a discount, including through this website, you will not have airconditioning in your room. We were advised that the airconditioning in the room was broken, and they had called a technician. We later found out that is the policy of the hotel not to allow people who pay less than the full rack rate to have airconditioning. The spa was not working and there were no toiletries in the room, apart from liquid soap, which may also be facilities that the hotel does not to offer people who get a discount for the room.
