Pension Amadeus, Cesky Krumlov - Reviews & Ratings"It would have been nice if the hotel included the closest/suggested bus stop as we arrived by bus (Student Agency) which dropped us off at a very far away stop. We walked 20 minutes wheeling our noisy luggage through the middle of town to get to the hotel (not so much a problem for us as for the town people who tried to sleep). Overall, the experience was positive. There was no fuss from the staff and location was a pleasant 10min walk to Hotel Ruze. If we'd arrived by car, it would have been better as there was secured off-street parking." (107433598)
The room was large, spacious and bright. The hotel was spotless. Breakfast had good selection, and the food was fresh. Large wardrobe with mirror and safe. Plenty of towels and coat hangers.
1. Water pressure decreased considerably when someone else was taking a shower. It was also difficult to get water to mix - either very hot or quite cold. 2. TV had only "fuzzy" channels. Nothing was clear to watch despite having a satellite (not a problem for us as we did not watch TV anyway). 3. The room was facing a street and it was surprisingly noisy. There was traffic all the time throughout the night.
