Kilkenny Rivercourt, Kilkenny - Reviews & Ratings"being moved to suite compensated for bad points but plenty room for improvement would come back maybe we found hotel on a bad weekend " (108018482)
when we had noise problem from other guest at 5pm in the afternoon we were moved to suite within 15 mins this was very good p.r
when arrived given someone elses room were baggage was in room very unprofessional in restaurant husband given wrong starter staff not friendly in restaurant at breakfast waited 18mins for pot of tea and toast

the lady who came to turn down the bed was lovely and the girl at the reception helpped us get a car moved which had block us in
a member of staff parked in frnt of our car so we had to ask for help from the reseption staff

Window needs mesh as on water front and I am allergic to insect bites. More milk should be left for tea .Breakfast was slow as a lot of people arrived at the same time . Also people had to wait for food not available . Vegetarian option should be advised as in other hotels eg beans on toast etc. many thanks had a plesant visit.
