Propreté des locaux, accueil, accessibilité.
Forte odeur de cigarette. Par consequant, fenetre ouverte quand je suis arrivé. Il faisait -2oC a l'exterieur. Beaucoup de mal a me rechauffer. Pas de WiFi comme indiquer sur les plaquettes.

"Very disappointing." (97836310)
The reception staff and breakfast staff were polite.
The room was very cramped, and not described accurately on the internet. We ended up with flea bites all over our backs. Disgusting.
