The staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble and were always willing to help. It made you feel really relaxed and comfortable.

Good Value, clean, pleasant and helpful staff, location good for purpose of visit.
Lack of room service given that hotel had its own restaurant. Rather noisy on the saturday night but staff had given us a room to minimise problem.

The staff were excelent, Hotel is very clean, excelent stay over. Thank you.
Lunch not served on 26th Dec Reason given not enough guest to warrent a cook. (fair enough) but was pointed to a nice local pub for a lovely meal.

Overall very good stay, rooms were good size, comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good supply of taxi's. Also the booking company were very helpful when i wanted to change my booking.
Only issue I had was having to use my credit card for 6 seperate transactions, bit of a pain not being able to pay for all room in one transaction.

Polite and helpful staff. Lovely standard of room. Bed really comfy. Hotel seemed safe & secure. Good car parking. Easy to find location.
No hot water for shower. Check in process slow although there was a big group in front of us. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night.

But room was very clean and staff were excellent, particularly in reception. Premier Inn Leeds City West, Leeds - Reviews & Ratings"Overall stay was good Receptionist was very helpful in printing off direction to the new swimming pool which is what I believe 50% of the guests on the Saturday night were there for. We due to my daughters events were back in time to eat almost immediately, but with most people arriving back about 45 minutes later the restaurant was unable to cope, informiong people that there would be a 2 hour wait. Due to the close proximity of this hotel to the pool. I foresee you having this problem every event" (97863132)
Proximity of hotel to venue
With the size of the room I believe the triple romm could have coped with a smaller D/B and a proper single bed insted of a pullout my daughter although only 13 is as taal as my wife

Room had everything we needed, was very comfortable. relaxed setting.breakfast was good value for money and great quailty.
The hotel was busy and fully booked and could not facilate for paying coustomers to have dinner in the hotel.

It was very central to where we needed to be.
We did ask for an extra bed for our daughter originally on the online booking but as it turned out she did not come with us and it was not needed as it was not provided

the room was very clean and tidy. towels were provided and bathroom was immaculate. staff were also extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. overall a very good experience and would definately stay again in future
