Room smelt of stale cigarette smoke and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room and shower head did not stay upright

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The experience was one of the better hotel experiences I have had in Europe. The rooms, in relation to the size of European hotels, were fairly large.
It was a little hard to find with the directions provided.

Centrally located close to Republique, though on an off street that was quiet. Very friendly front desk and waitstaff who went out of their way to make my school-age children feel welcome. We also benefited from the staff's knowledge of the tourist flow so we could avoid the crowds at the various attractions including Disneyland. I was glad that they offered a smoke-free room, as I've had bad experience with neighboring 2-star hotels.
No view from our room, and rather cramped quarters. But a good tradeoff for the peace & quiet and great central location.

Einfache saubere Unterkunft, geringe Ansprüche, Zimmerfenster zum Hof
Beim Morgenessen werden die Tischsetts mehr als nur einmal verwendet. Wo ist da die Sauberkeit und die Achtung des Gastes?? Früchteyoghurts gibt es nur, wenn man darauf besteht, sonst bekommt man nur Nature Yoghurts.

Personal de recepción de noche muy amable. Muy bien situado.
desayuno poco cuidado. Escasez y falta de reposición aun siendo muy temprano. Habitación descuidada: paredes sucias, puerta lavabo muy deteriorada, sábanas con agujeros, moqueta muy gastada y sucia, falta de jabón de manos, etc.

L'emplacement est très pratique par rapport au Métro
être obligé de changer de chambres au milieu de mon séjour pour une douche qui ne fonctionne pas est fort désagréable.

"We've stayed here many times. It's very close to the metro and it's near to many places of interest, such as Bastille, Georges Pompidou etc." (107480084)
Very convenient location for us. The size of room is reasonable, clean enough.
The breakfast is not as good as it was. A new young girl working at the front desk wasn't friendly at all.
