The room was clean and comfortable and provided what we required.
The shower head was very low and not adjustable.

Reception lady was excellent.Gave me a map of the roundabouts that had been so confusing, rang for a chinese for me and was generally obliging. Room was clean and adequate. Bed was lovely. It was sited in a good place for my needs.
Found it difficult to find because I arrived in the dark and at rush hour. Was not acquainted with the area or the roundabouts. When I asked people how to get to you they didn't know. Have you changed your name recently? Also couldn't work the shower mechanism. Asked the cleaner in the morning to help and she hurt her hand showing me.It was expensive for a single person as only doubles are available.Couldn't make use of continental breakfast because I am wheat intolerant and Sainsburys nearby was closed for a long period of time because of refurbishment.

rooms were large and on ground floor. as a place to stay local to family it was ok - bed was comfortable, room was clean.
Initially we were allocated first floor rooms although we had booked the disabled room. This was given to another person and so the receptionist gave us ground floor rooms at the end of the corridor so my disabled mother had rather a long walk to the room. kettle combination broke down but was replaced by receptionist.

Being able to bring our dogs is the big plus point and is why we use your hotels. The TV and the choice of channels in the room at this hotel was good too.
None really, it had everything we needed but free wi-fi would be useful.

Excellent customer service day and night. We requested a disabled, groundfloor room and when my husband accidently pressed the alarm help was at hand immediately. Nothing was too much trouble for your staff.

Was badly misled by their advertising. Weekend stays for £69! Ours cost £90 because Fridays are excluded from weekend stays. Think of writing to the Advertising Standards Authority.

Good sized comfortable room and bed wwith a second pillow being available to compensate for the thin one on the bed.
Bathroom extracter fan was very noisy. We would have prefered a walk in shower in this day and age rather than having to step in to the bath. A decent grab handle on the wall to facilitate using the shower should be a safety aid in 2009. Someone will slip and fall soon.

Hotel was simple, clean and tidy. Room was a good size. Located in an accessible area of Wales. Close to supermarket and designer outlet village.
Would have been good to have a little fridge in the room. Had to reactivate the card to get into our room on the second day which was a bit of a pain, especially as they hadn't told us at check-in!! Not sure about the continental breakfast located in the entrance area!

Room was clean and OK. Orange mobile reception was OK but there was no 3-network coverage.
There was no restaurant in the hotel and the local services shut up at 7.55pm so you had to eat early or else it was a pasty at the petrol station.

efficient and friendly staff. Good Value
Water in shower only reached lukewarm temperature coffee kettle only worked intermittently and then only if you hold it in place on its base Not enough sockets to charge phones nd laptops The room heater was enough to stop the room being cold but certainly not to heat it. Even on full temperature the heat emanating from it did not change

Comfortable bed, reasonably clean, good shower. Quiet for a motorway services hotel. Friendly staff.
Window very inadequate (draughty) making room very cold (weather was below 0 degrees at night) and the heater wasn't very good. Towel rail didn't work. Bathroom a bit tired, could do with updating.

The staff were really nice, and were always happy to help! Thanks!
I felt the breakfast was overpriced! There was a small buffet style cart in the reception area, which meant that you were chosing your food while others might be booking in or out! Also there was no where to eat your breakfast so you had to go back to your room! I suppose I expected a little more for £4.95 each!
