Brambletye Hotel, Forest Row - Reviews & Ratings"It served a purpose of the being near the wedding venue. But the overall experience was adequate." (107960539)
Good Parking Easy to find
Breakfast was pretty poor. Poor service, poor food - not the breakfast i would expect for the cost of the stay. Next point - Cost - Very expensive for the standard shown

Brambletye Hotel, Forest Row - Reviews & Ratings"Adequate for bed and breakfast - but not if we had wanted to relax in our room." (108310674)
Bed linen clean, bed comfortable. Well situated in lovely village.
General decor shabby. Carpet on Stairs and Reception dirty and worn. There was a large skylight in our room so room was very light at dawn!

Brambletye Hotel, Forest Row - Reviews & Ratings"3 / 10." (108480050)
Clean, had a bed & a shower.
Very basic for £63. I'd give it a 3 out of 10. Running a hotel is all about care & attention. Little details in the room, going to extra mile. Nothing of the sort with this hotel. Reminded me of why tourism in the UK is struggling.

Brambletye Hotel, Forest Row - Reviews & Ratings"Extremely disappointing. No warning was given about the loud music, either before booking on-line or at reception. Breakfast was poor in quality and variety and the staff unsure of what was available. Butter provided at the table had melted in their containers and I had to go to the kitchen myself as no staff to be seen. Several foreign visitors were staying so goodness knows what they now think of our English hotels. Very embarrassing. We certinly won't be staying in this hotel again." (108391315)
Didn't have to pay to leave.
Very tatty and dirty in reception. Same in hotel room - dust on all ledges, floor unvacuumed and the bathroom floor needing a good wash. The room was above the bar and on all 3 nights there was loud music blaring out until after midnight nmaking it impossible to sleep.

"Overall it was a good stay - nightmare when they said we had no reservation but extremely helpful in trying to resolve the situation." (108175809)
The manager and his staff were very very good and could not do enough for us.
The ownership of the hotel had changed since we booked and our reservation was not listed anywhere as some of the reservations had not been submitted by the previous owners. We had to sleep in single rooms for the first night but were upgraded to the four poster on the second night.
