The hotel room is clean and hotel facilities is excellent
The hotel staff and the documents inside the hotel room did not explain what kind of hotel facilities (e.g. free wireless internet access, business lounge, etc) is available for us to use, until we made inquiry on the front desk of the hotel.

Conveniently located for the Zoo train station and Underground. Modern yet comfortable hotel. Nice bar area on an evening. Good choice of breakfast buffet. Lots of good restaurants in the immediate area.

Breakfast buffe was great. Rooms were clean.
Reception gave us wrong directions to go to a basketball hall, we were totally lost.
