  The service provided by the staff at Citadine in Opera-Grands was good, friendly and helpful.

  I had booked my hotel at Montpranasse Paris 14, was NOT informed that the rooms were not available. They sent me an email on 27th May in the afternoon, I had already left to travel to London to stay overnight. They could have contacted me on my mobile. When I rang them to inform that I was going to be late checking in, that was when I was made aware of unavailable of rooms. I was not given any choice. They booked us in Citadines at Opera in Paris 2. This caused inconvenience. The basement parking damaged the roof of my vehicle due to height. (Please mention on your website info page about height restriction in the basement parking). The rooms were small and I was NOT expecting to find sofa-bed (It can be of an issue for vulnerable person when trying to open it into bed). More effort should been paid to cleaniness in the bathroom and the cover of sofa-bed (never been cleaned or replaced)

  "This is Paris so the rooms are always tiny and the prices sky high. This hotel has a great location and has small/tiny kitchen etc so given the price it would seem to be good value. What you should be aware of is very very small rooms, no air conditioning and a bit grim really. I was on my own and it was just about bearable for 1 night. To be honest unless your 20 years old with a limited budget you could do better in the BB's around the place. To be fair though the rooms might be very tired looking but mine was clean and the staff singular was plesant enough." (2547370)

  Rooms are really tiny, I mean tinyyyyyy, sofa doubleing up as the main bed just dosent do it for me.

  amabilité du personnel réactivité du personnel lorsque nous avons demandé à changer de chambre en raison de l'inconfort du lit. emplacement proche de la gare

  lit type "clic clac" (à ressorts) particulièrement inconfortable pour un 3* pauvreté des produits d'accueil moquette du couloir particulièrement sale Chambre bruyante le soir en raison de la proximité d'un café (double vitrage?) Décoration de la chambre sommaire toujours pour un 3*

  bon accueil disponibilite proximite

  pour avoir eu un studio au 8eme etage il y faisait tres chaud sans clim sans possibilite douvrir le vasistas de plus en s adossant sur le canape l odeur du tissu y etait tres desagreable .cuvette des toilettes pas tres propre. nous n y avons pasd passer la 2eme nuit merci
