  Convenient location.

  Our expectations were higher from a Radisson. This is definitely not a 4* hotel. Just adequate.

  Location of the hotel

  size of the room is very small and only one door cabinet was in my room so it fits only one person

  Only a few minutes walk from the Oxford Street shops. Access to car park from hotel lobby. Not much noise at night.

  Room didn't have a lot of space for storing luggage. Cost of breakfasr ridiculous.

  "Very good location, excellent staff, the only issue was the coldness of the room and no extra blankets ... luckily there was a thick dressing gown, so I could sleep in that! Would have had to mention something if I'd been staying more than one night. I'd still stay again, as I say i imagine there was a small problem with the heating system" (97647099)

  Good room, well set out, good facilities

  May have been something wrong with the heating (or rather lack of). Tried to alter thermostat but no joy

  THE ROOM WAS SO CLEAN WE WERE AMAZED THAT THE STANDARD WAS THAT HIGH ONE OF THE BEST ROOMS WE HAVE STAYED AT.

  Good location; clean; friendly, helpful staff on the front desk; good choice at breakfast.

  Most of the staff serving breakfast (apart from the friendly guy dishing out the hot breakfasts & 1 young girl serving coffee!) were very unfriendly & unhelpful! & it would have been nice to have radiators in the room to dry our soaking clothes after getting drenched at the Hyde Park Festival!

  The bed was really comfortable. Great buffet breakfast.

  The room was attractve and well-planned, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom gleaming.

  The pillows were synthetic - I prefer feather if guven the choice.

  "Overall we enjoyed our stay but we felt conned when we checked out. When we booked the hotel online it showed one payment which was in our budget that is why we booked this particular hotel. It wasn't until we checked out that we had to pay an extra £23.00 for hotel tax which was not part of the cost on our original booking. This made our stay very expensive and if this had been pointed out from the onset we would not have chosen this hotel" (2751845)
