Novotel Amsterdam City, Amsterdam - Reviews & Ratings"A general feeling of being an up-market hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Amenities adequate but would prefer a choice of restaurant - ie brasserie type and a more intimate tablecloth and flowers type. The one on site serving very good food but no atmosphere. Would have liked to have been aware of the high cost for having dogs in the room. I realise that I am paying for other guests being inconsiderate but perhaps a cleaning bill if required charged to credit card would be fairer. 100 euros for 2 dogs for 2 nights is a bit steep in my opinion." Novotel Amsterdam City, Amsterdam - Reviews & Ratings"Super tevreden, vooral het erg vriendelijke personeel en het ontbijtbuffet waren geweldig goed, ondanks de verbouwing hebben jullie er alles aan gedaan om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Bedankt, succes met de enquete, en tot volgend jaar!" (107372550)
Het was allemaal erg netjes en schoon.
Erg kleine kamer voor drie personen, en het matras van de slaapbank was erg slecht de binnenvering steekt als je er op ligt.
