All staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Close to all the main attractions. Free hot drinks! Breakfast was delicious and check in/out easy and prompt. Honest staff found my earrings that I had accidently left at the hotel, they called me to say they had been found! Not often you get that anymore.
There are no bad points about this hotel, if you are after a very relaxed stay, stay here. No hassle guareented!

Beautiful hotel with the personal touch. We stayed in Room 8 which had a balcony overlooking the sea. The room was small but really well kept and plenty of wardrobe space, plus a good sized shower which worked well. The bed was really comfortable. Plenty of towels were provided and changed the next day. The dining room and continental breakfast were lovely. Plenty of choice of food for breakfast and we didn't feel like we'd missed out on a cooked breakfast at all, there was so much to eat. Lady on reception was more than helpful and very keen to please, a bit too attentative if anything, and she made us feel really welcome. It was a really windy night on the Friday and the wind wistled through the window a bit, we discovered if we opened the window slightly the whistling stopped and of coures the hotel could not be blamed for the wind. On the Saturday night, with reduced wind, the room was really quiet. Good sized parking area with spaces for all guests at the front of hotel. Close to all local ameniaties. St Annes and Lytham are lovely areas for eating and shopping. Great flat screen TV on wall.
A really windy night on the Friday, not the fault of the hotel. Can't fault anything about the actual hotel and staff, it was great, would defintately return next year. Would recommend they have ipod docking stations in the room so you could listen to music, and possibly a clock.

Good quite location
Poor shower facilities, no tray for toiletries when showering hence as a mature couple we find it very difficult to manage,spoke with manageress who said that they had several similar complaints but gave the impression that nothing will be done. The bedroom landing is very noisy, we were woken up twice in the middle of the night, one could not use the key card and kept fumbling away, while an other decided to answer his mobile phone outside our bedroom room, a sign asking guests to respect the fact that people were asleep and woul like a full night sleep,

Rooms very nicely furnished and tastefully decorated. Staff very friendly and delightfully helpful. Bar and dining room area perfectly comfortable with a good selection of drinks in the honesty bar. Nice to have good coffee available throughout the day.
Stairways and landings looked pretty tired and in need of some attention and updating. There was an empty wine bottle lingering outside our bedroom when we checked at 4pm, which stayed there until we woke up the following morning - I just hope nobody thought it was ours! Would have been nice to have the option of a cooked breakfast within the hotel rather than trudging off down the seafront to the Bestwestern.

A shelf is required in the shower as there is nowhere to put soap, shampoo etc. The shower head needs to be more flexible to permit washing of hair when not showering. There needs to be a light over the washbasin for shaving. Central taps to washbasins covering half the depth of the basin do not work for shaving. " (108518889)

Friendliness and helpfulness of the two ladies on reception(sorry not sure of their names) and in the Breakfast roon was second to none. Breakfast was a good selection of cereal, fruit, cold meats, cheese(lots of different types),juice, rolls and bread. Lovely big wall mounted TV.

Excellent service, great continental breakfast, beautiful modern room and accommodations, right on the beach, close to everthing you need, easy to get to.
Sign too small and was hard to find at first. Called though, and got great directions from the young, friendly staff.
