friendly, helpful staff - helped with the bags. gave good tourist advice. close to tram & bus stops. good breakfast
room a bit cramped - not really room for a double & a single bed; 2 singles would have been better. breakfast a little late if trying to get out for the day (though we did get an earlier breakfast when we asked for it)

Braeside Guest House, Blackpool - Reviews & Ratings"Pleasant quiet hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Blackpool centre nice position overlooking a garden area and across the road from the sea also near to a lovely italian resturant and a good english pub, there was a carpark across the road so no trouble with parking. The hotel was clean and tidy and the breakfast average and a nice place to relax after a busy day, the walk back to the hotel from the tower took about 25 to 30 minutes." (99815998)
The bedroom and ensuite was very clean the towels were changed each day and the beds made and room cleaned. The breakfast service was good. The hotel was in a nice quiet and open area near two good resturants
The toilet was a poor flusher and the shower had little power.

Braeside Guest House, Blackpool - Reviews & Ratings"We stayed at the hotel for the final weekend of the illuminations. We did not not know what to expect and were delighted when we were shown our room (family room to sleep 3). It was clean and fresh, the beds were very comfortable and the shower was powerful, not a trickle. Whilst we were a bit farther from the attractions than we though we would be, this did not spoil our weekend. The frequent trams and buses got us to town and back quickly enough. I would certainly return to the Braeside for a weekend break or longer." (99723537)
Very friendly, very clean & very relaxed. Good sized lounge. Good food
Bit further from the attractions than expected, but did not spoil things for us.

Braeside Guest House, Blackpool - Reviews & Ratings"the owners were very friendly and obliging asking us to let them know if we needed anything. the room was adequately furnished and clean. tea/coffee making facilities were available as was tv & hairdrier. I would have liked to have known a hairdrier was available to save me taking mine. the breakfast was well presented and enjoyable. my only negative comment was that the bed was very hard but as we were only there one night it was ok but wouldn't have liked it for any longer. I would stay there again" (3305080121)
it was clean and comfortable
