  Nice rooms, Excellent staff and good location

  Room 413 was noisy from the main road to the rear of the hotel.

  "In general the hotel was all design based without taking customer comfort or ease of use into account: fancy lights that you couldn't use, showers that looked good but didn't work, airconditioning which wasn't working because it was switchd off for the winter. All form over function. The small rooms had design features to try to hide the small size, for example the TVs were on the wall at the end of the bed which meant it was hard to walk between the end of the bed and the wall because the TV was in the way as theroom was too narrow. We booked for 3 nights and had a different room each night as we complained. The complaints were well handled by staff that were clearly used to it! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. For the price we paid 170 euros a night, it has to be the worst hotel we have stayed in and we stay in hotels around the world regulary!" (97710080)

  "Stylish hotel, but very noisy." (97370447)

  the hotel itself was very nice and well designed. Rooms were very nice, bed and bedding were very comfortable.

  The hotel is currently undergoing construction on several floors which was heard throughout the hotel. Noise started at 10 am and did not stop until 8pm. Getting any rest during the day was impossible. Also the bar is in the center of the hotel which carries up throughout the hotel. We could hear people in the bar until 1 am.
