Friendly,curteous staff giving immediate attention when needed Very clean room - enormous bed! Perfectly situated for shops, restaurants. Can walk from airport bus.

Very good quality, clean fixtures & fittings, well appointed with hair dryer, toiletries etc.

Silken Coliseum, Santander - Reviews & Ratings"hotel was ten minute walk from the bus station.the staff were very nice the rooms were very clean and to a high standard also very quiet,just outside the hotels there are plenty of shops very reasonable prices,theres a market and just down the street was the cathedrel,we looked around at the other hotels but would book this hotel again dont think you would get a better position." easy to find from the bus station,amongst all the shops and bars, rooms very nice and quiet will stay there again.

Fantastic location and a very welcoming hotel. The staff were excellent and always happy to help. Will be going again!
I thought that the wall paper in the bedroom was badly marked due to people scuffing it with their suitcase and the staff need to check the mini bar from the previous guests as I found mouldy cheese in there.

Solo una silla y si tesientas no se puede pasar. Buenas palabras del director, pero ningun caso. Por supuesto, no se corresponde con un hotel de cuatro estrellas, maximo tres." (97960810)
