I have no bad points regarding the hotel, on its accomodation, management or staff.

clean, great location but busy street
too close to street and noisy if window opened. Too hot because of heated towel rack in bathroom which we didnt get switched off until 3rd night. Did not get room cleaned 1st night because maid though we e were still in room. She only worked in mornings (we left morning and didnt return until late that night)

The first room selected for us, the CD player wasn't working. That said promptly moved to another room, which was great.

Neat, clean lines with a high tech feel. Quality. Excellent access to office and eating places.
Maybe, incorporate the breakfast into a special deal for regular users.

we thoroughly enjoyed the simplicity of the decor, the bed was large and extremely comfortable, we only wish we were booked in for longer. we were upgraded to the best in the house which was a lovely suprise.

Courtesy room as we were not flying until 6pm. However the hotel allowed us to use our room as it was not booked out

Great rooms, very modern, sleek and good use of space. Beds were fantastic!
The rooms were noisy, with hardwood floors and big, wood doors. But with ear plugs, we got a good night's sleep.

The hotel is well run and very clean and the rooms are quite modern, if somewhat small. The bath room was clean and well appointed. The bed and linens were very comfortable. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the modern clean lines, fixtures. The in room CD/DVD
I was charged a 5 pound corkage fee when I asked for a cork screw- a first in all my years of travel. Suggest you don't ask for 4 anything as there will possibly be a steep charge.

Sydney House Chelsea, London - Reviews & Ratings"We really liked the hotel - but the noise was horrendous, the bar opposite was v active until 2am and the planes start at 5am. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, great to have a cd etc player. No computer for general use, which I have become used to travelling on the continent. Breakfast was ok, the pollaine bread had been under the lamps too long and the coffee and tea was not v hot. Staff were great and sooo helpful." (1474541)
