"We should have been told that there was a no eating/drinking policy in the rooms. As a family with kids, kids are always hungry and like snacking. The staff were not very symapthetic and their tone and unseemingly list of endless questions was quite irritating. I would not like to recommend this hotel for family with kids as kids cannot be kids there and they 'monitor' the rooms for any signs of food anywhere, even if you did not eat it in the hotel. The tone of the staff upon arrival, the millions of questions and attitude towards kids really spoilt my holiday on Venice and I wont stay there again." (99932304)
Cleanliness of room, very well decorated and the marble surfaces
The moaning of the staff and their attitude for the entire duration of my stay. As soon as we arrived after a long train journey, the person at the desk didn't have a good tone and wasn't very business like. Next day the desk kept asking several questions about who is staying where, sleeping arrangements etc which I thought was totally unnecessary.
