Very nice area. Very convenient for transport. Good accommodation with facilities to eat in our own apartment
Just that when we tried to use two electric hobs, we fused all the electricity supply. As this was in the evening, nothing could be done to enable us to use the two hobs.

Location is good, near to some restaurants and shopping places also transportation
Cleaning was not done and when i inquired i was told it was an apartment, but I think we should have been asked if we needed clean towels, etc.

Quiet and reasonably comfortable
Room was hot and it was difficult to open the bedroom window. The bed bed was stiff to open.

Very clean and room allocated catered for all needs
I would like to have tea/coffee facilities in my room and also a breakfast rate included in the price as charged seperately.

The set up of the room, having a kitchen and fridge. The sofa bed was surprisingly good. The staff is very helpfull and friendly.
Cleaning of the room could be done at least once every 2 days when staying longer. I get the feeling that if I change rooms I will have a clean room and when I stay in the same room, nothing happens. But that is probably part of the setup of this specific hotel chain.

Staff are very good. Unfortunately some of the room facilities are a little tired!

Decent sized room - but make sure you go for the large studio as the small studio is very small.
Requested extra bed was not available on check-in but they sorted it out promptly and professionally.
