Great room, friendly staff.
Parking a nightmare, advertised cooked breakfast turned out to be only toast or a croissant.

Celuisma Alisas, Santander - Reviews & Ratings"WE RATED THIS HOTEL HIGHLY AS IT WAS A VERY CLEAN,BRIGHT AND MODERN,THE STAFF WERE HELPFUL,BUFFET BREAKFAST HAD A GOOD SELECTION. IT WAS A VERY WELCOME HAVEN AFTER A LONG JOURNEY,AS IT HAD A LOVELY SHOWER ROOM/TOILET ETC WHICH WAS VERY VERY CLEAN.IF WE DO RETURN TO SANTANDER WE WILL CERTAINLY USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN." (97420173)
WE BOOKED A SUPERIOR ROOM ,IT WAS VERY MODERN ,COMFORTABLE,AND SPOTLESSLY CLEAN. THE HOTOL WAS ALSO VERY CLOSE TO FERRY PORT AND TRAIN STATION
CANNOT SAY ANYTHING WE DID NOT LIKE.

"overall a good clean hotel in a good location but as santander is a stopping place for short breaks from the uk the staff could do to learn some english." (107560942)
The hotel is in a good location, with heavy luggage it took us 15 minutes to walk from the ferry terminal to the hotel. also being less than 5 minutes walk from the main railway and bus station was also good for getting around. use this as a landmark to find your way around. near the stations is a tunnel with footpaths which takes you into the main shopping area, about 10 - 15 minute slow walk.
to stay at this hotel you need a good knowledge of spanish as none of the staff speak english but the female receptionist does try hard to help. breakfast is advertised as a buffet style - it's not you have to ask in the cafeteria and it was diffucult to make them understand that we wanted breakfast.
