hotel was ok, room was good but would not want to be on the side facing the motorway
the on line booking did not work. the reception had no infomation at all and i checked in then and there. after an argument. (but i have a confirmation email, with booking ref and everything! sorry sir your not on our computer.....etc etc)

Receptionist wasnt helpful, wudnt book our taxi were we saw she booked other guests, had to pay for 3 rooms as their was 5 adults, we only needed the two

Helpful staff, cleanliness of hotel and room.
It would have been helpful to have a warning at the hotel that the main A48 road, was closed at night due to roadworks. As we didnt know Cardiff, we were stranded in Cardiff and unable to find a road to get us back to the hotel for about an hour until by chance we found a diversion that lead eventually to the hotel.

Staff from arriving to leaving was very good.Very helpful and everyone was very friendly. Great food,very busy had to wait a while( no problem),good value for money. Very relaxing,comfortable,good choice of breakfast.
After forgetting my toiletries.Disappointing to find that there were none available at the reception as advertised.

The staff in the restaurant were very pleasant and accomodating of my family's needs (we have a 2 year old who can be quite disruptive)
Room was too hot (height of summer) and the A/C was not working correctly. We opened the window (restricted due to 4th floor) and had the noise from the adjacent motorway through the night. Toilet was not clean and was not flushed.

Reception and restaurant staff were very attentive, pleasant and efficient. Dinner was excellent and value for money. Breakfast excellently prepared and of very good quality.
