Good location. Room was clean on arrival.
Very basic. No kettle (though 2 cups and 2 teabags were provided). No safety deposit facilities. Although our room was not facing a main road, it was very noisy. Noise from above and from back yard. The cleaner came in each day but didn't appear to do anything other than replace water and close/open window.

Clean, friendly staff, fantasic location
Horrible circa 1960's plumbing that sounded like a tractor starting up. This went on all night from about 11:00 to 04:00 in the morning. I think that the heating system needed bleeding.
