196 Bishopsgate, London - Reviews & Ratings"would reccomend this aparthotel to anyone. just needs the small things to be looked at for it to be excellent" (97191366)
lovely rooms excellent facilities, good staff, nice to have own kitchen and living room
shower door came off in my hand in the first apartment we had, but were quickly moved to another room by staff. Limescale could be cleaned off the bathroom better and some bleach used on the tile grout

Brilliant location, standard, service...everything really!
No bad points...lift was a little shakey and there was a difference in the floor level coming through the access on exit from floor 3.(this was not signposted!) This is only feedback though...it did not effect an excellent satisfaction level!!!!!!

196 Bishopsgate, London - Reviews & Ratings"Excellent. I was only sorry I wasn't staying longer to enjoy the spacious apartment we had." (97513244)
The location was excellent as right opposite Liverpool Street Station. Within walking distance of all amenities. We had an executive one bed apartment and it was extremely clean and spacious. I will definately be going back and recommnending it to friends and family.
Maybe a hairdryer could be supplied.

196 Bishopsgate, London - Reviews & Ratings"wonderful location, great facilities and very clean and well designed hotel, 10 out 10...but need to give out more information to clients about what is an acceptaeble level of behaviour and noise and then the consequences if is exceeded." (97819864)
Well positioned for all local ammenities.well laid out apartments very spacious.we had about 13 people in the living room celebrating a wedding and it was perfect.
About 5 oclock in the morning disturbed by some people having a party which must have spilled out from the apartment on to a patio area which some apartments had.nothing against parties at the right time or in a persons house, but to have one in a hotel seemed rather strange at that time of the morning even in a aparthotel as it was very loud music and the usual shouting etc...it took many phone calls to reception to get any joy so we could get some sleep in relative peace as it seem to go on all morning until we checked out.

196 Bishopsgate, London - Reviews & Ratings"The accommadation was excellent, clean and really worth the extra few pounds over a traditional hotel. it was lovely to have extra space and to be in an excellent location in the heart of london." (97339527)
Very spacious, clean and had everything which i needed for my stay. location was excellent
my room suffered from noise created by a pub outside and overlooked a courtyard, were glass bottles were constantly being tipped into a bin until 2am - not the fault of 196 Bishopsgate, but annoying none the less!!

196 Bishopsgate, London - Reviews & Ratings"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable. The accomodation was very close to the underground, so it made it very easy to get around London. The area was lovely and quite at night so it was possible to get a good nights sleep. I'd defiantly recommend this accomodation to my friends and family." (97697267)
The rooms were quite big and were very nicely decorated, and very clean.
The bathroom door was very hard to open when locked, and the flush handle was loose on the toilet.

196 Bishopsgate, London - Reviews & Ratings"Hotel located very close to Liverpool Street station - once you use the correct exit. Look for the Police station opposite the railway station exit - the hotels discreet entrance is about 50 feet past it. Hotel security good with swipe card access to lobby area. In room facilities exactly as stated/pictured on the website - all to a very high standard. Large Tesco Metro within 200m and several fast food places also close to hand." (99337096)
Discreet location, very close to Liverpool Street station. Excellent facilities in the suite.
Windows opened onto a central courtyard/ service area which was very noisy until late at night. Venetian blinds did not give 100% feeling of privacy

196 Bishopsgate, London - Reviews & Ratings"We booked this hotel as it was near a function we planned to attend. We found the hotel very clean having good area for relaxing and being able to cook if we wanted to is a great idea. The shower was one of the best I have every used. The only comment on the down side I could make is that you need to put a hairdryer and mirror together. Having the station near and plenty of shops made life very easy and I would recommend this hotel and use it again." (3304640183)
Very clean and ale to relax
Lack of mirrors in the bedrooms and would like to be able to dry your hair and see what you are doing.

196 Bishopsgate, London - Reviews & Ratings"The apartment was in the right place at the right time for us, with accommodation that suited our needs to perfection (we could even watch the DVD we bought of the concert we attended at the Barbican). For us it was ideal (sauf le bruit!)" (3304097180)
It was modern, clean, a visual and physical pleasure - except for the noise of London whcih cost us our sleep, but then we live at 5000ft up a quiet Swiss Alp...
Doubled windows for sound - and the stay would have been perfect on every level!

196 Bishopsgate, London - Reviews & Ratings"I thought the hotel was great for what i wanted - to be honest my and my partner would have been happy to stay there the afternoon and chill out then go out in the evening to see the show that we booked. I loved the idea it was opposite Liverpool Street near all the tubes stations great for when we came back late we didnt have far to work. Overall i thought the actual accommodation was great it was small but still thought it was perfect. I couldnt of asked for a better place to stay and if im in the city again i will defo be staying there again. The only thing i could complain about was the view from the Window but we was on the first floor and out the back to it was quiet and peaceful which was a good point." (3304571962)
i loved the lay out it thought it was great and the location was just right opposite Liverpool Street !!
The view from the window because we was only on the first floor

The overall style of the appt was very nice, it is modern with wooden floors and very clean. The bed was good, the washer dryer worked perfectly and the accomodation is very roomy.
The card-swipe entry system at the front door could be somewhat easier to use, but apart from that this is a very good place to stay if you need to be in central London.

196 Bishopsgate, London - Reviews & Ratings"Staff where good but not intrusive if you wanted something they got it other than that we did not see them. Rooms where as the photo's which make's a change many a time i've stayed in hotels and wondered when the photo's where taken. Have already booked this hotel again. Read the handbook on the table before trying to use cooker. There is a tesco's 2 doors away so was nice to get the fridge stocked up." (3304037077)
was the same as the brochure
none was spot on

Excellent rooms that had everything you need!
The entrance from the street was boring and ugly.

"Very clean and good posiiton." (108751661)
Very clean and well equipped. All good quality fittings in good repair.
Only problems were the blinds in the bedroom and the place smelt as if people had been smoking in there.
