We liked the fact that the Hotel was very near to the central area ie Passage de Gracia and La Ramblas We also found the Bar and Restauraunt Staff to be very friendly and helpful.
On check in founf the man at desk to be unplkeasant. secondly we booked a romantic room and found it o be very small . there were very little english channels on the Television

Excellent accueil. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Localisation parfaite pour visiter Barcelone.
Ménage de la chambre commencé pendant que nous étions au petit-déjeuner, puis effectué durant notre présence dans la chambre le 1er matin. Pas en rapport avec le standing revendiqué par l'hôtel !!

Tolle Lage in pto. Sehenswürdigkeiten, öffentlicher Verkehr. Ruhig. Schönes Zimmer.
Weibliches Personal sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Männliches dagegen inkompetent und unwillig sowohl in Rezeption als auch Frühstücksraum (totaler Mangel an Fremdsprachen außer den Damen an der Rezeption). Für den Safeschlüssel wurden €2,00 pro Tag verrechnet!
