Drinking chocolate would have been welcome, but the provision of tea and coffee was fine. The lady on reception when I checked in was very friendly and welcoming. " (108559760)
The location is good for me as I have relatives in Teddington and on this occasion other relatives were staying in Richmond. The room was clean and adequate, the bed was comfortable and the price, when booked on the internet, was reasonable for the area. Had I needed to catch a train into London I would only have had to walk round the corner to the station, a journey of approximately 5 minutes. The trains into London Waterloo are frequent. Bushy Park and Hampton Court Palace are also just down the road. I have stayed in the Park Hotel on several occasions over the last 10 years and have always found it pleasant and comfortable. It is also easy to get into Richmond and Kingston, both of which have good shops and restaurants.

Very Clean, rooms good size, comfortable. Bathroom clean and modern facilities.Staff efficient and friendly.
Corridor could be noisy with people coming in late at night.

On the booking confirmation free wireless internet was promised in a room, but this did not appear to be true. It was very disappointing.

Lovely clean and spacious room
The room was unbearably hot and almost impossible to sleep in. There was no cool air despite a fan and open window. I would not recommend at all in the summer months.

clean comfortable room
very misleading with prices for a breakfast, several different amounts were quoted. On the booklet in bedroom it stated £7.75 for breakfast (English) when we went to the dining room the menu read £12.75 consequently we did not have breakfast as I am sure you can understand a five pound price difference is a lot ! Also online it quoted you could have breakfast in your room for £10.95 it does not state very clearly that this is only for continental, we were only told that when we spoke to the lady at the reception So not very pleased at all with that.

Comfortable, spacious room. Very clean, good restaurant and bar
Fire alarm was set off twice (in error)on the final night. Staff were panicked and not helpful in terms of informing customers what was actually happening.

the staff were very efficient on arrival. Showing me the way to the hotel reception which is at the rear of the building, and not readily visible. Reception staff explained everything, even the 20% discount on the menu. The rooms were very clean.
The weather was very hot during my stay the top sash windoe could open but the lower sach window would not stay open to let in air at a lower level.the hotel had provided a fan but it was only pushing warm air around the room.

Fab food in Restaurant.
Bedrooms - Hotel claimed they had been refurbished in 2008!!!! My room looked like it needed doing again. Bathroom dated, shower area was black and lime scale in showerhead made it randomly spray everywhere.

Room was very good. We took lunch on the first day of our stay and breakfast on both days which were good. The hotel was very convenient for a concert we went to at Hampton Court. It is also handy to have the train station close by.
The noise from the disco on saturday night was very disappointing. We thought we had booked into a hotel not a night club.

Very nice hotel - staff very freindly and very efficient
Room was very cold on the second night, the room heater did not work. Floor tiles in the bath where loose. Over zelous cleaning staff wishing to service room from about 9.30

Very clean, lovely room, comfortable bed - great setting
Foreign staff - unable to explain things to me in English, speak too quickly and too quietly and generally uphelpful. Wanted to charge my card, which I understand is the norm but could explain why.

Poor breakfast routine which we did complain about and were financially recompensed for. Room awkward to get to, especially carrying cases. Could door from main bar area be accessible to guests using their room card?

VERY friendly staff at reception !!!!!
Cleaning only done before noon, when you want to stay in your room until 3pm, the room is not cleaned. The breakfast was good but the standard breakfast should contain at least scrambled eggs at the buffet for the price of 8 pounds.

Good sized clean room. Very comfortable bed. Freshly cooked English breakfast.
Tea and coffee not served at the breakfast table - self service. Was not offered a choice of what toast we would like to accompany our breakfast - just served white.
