My journey back from Tbilisi was truly awful as both flights were delayed and I hadn't had any sleep for 42 hours.A hot bath and a restful night's sleep in you hotel and I was as good as new again Another important point is that I have always found your staff extremely helpful and pleasant." Great value - it is just a shame there are not more of these hotels in the UK. Pet friendly policy. It is an enormous relief to find a chain of hotels that not only allow pets but are positively welcoming towards them.

Staff at this location are exceptionally good. I have stayed at a Days Hotel and they were not up to the same standard. I originally thought it was training, but now am more likely to think it is the manager. Fire doors are kept closed as they shold be, not proped open.
Construction was not so good when built. Ground floor is showing signs of weakness. The hotel could use a refurbish. It could also use new plumbing so that fluctuations in water temperature are not a problem.

Good sized room. Bathroom clean although shower curtain could do with being cleaned/replaced.
Bed uncomfortable - you rolled into the middle of the mattress. Pillows might aswell not have been there. No remote for television and poor reception.

Very clean. Pleasant and helpful staff. Plenty of take away outlets 20m away. Breakfast available at 03.00 as requested.
None, this is a stanard business travellers hotel. No wait a second, I am used to having more than 5 television channels without having to go into 4 Sky channels, mainly sport. I would like Freeview or Freesat to be available

We had a very comfortable 3 night (weekend)stay..Surprisingly good continental breakfast included in the very competitive price. We shall hopefully be repeating the experience of our `great value for money stay at South Mimms`.
Didn`t really find any!

Excellent hotel venue for visit to London for someone from the north - Underground from High Barnet is close by. Parking and eating facilities are at hand.

Most staff friendly, hotel clean and tidy, facilities good.
Woken at 0.20am by a telephone call from reception asking us to confirm we had ordered breakfast, what cereal we would like and how many it was for? All of this after we had settled down for a good night's sleep 2 hours before the call. On booking in we confirmed breakfast and paid for it, so why the need at that time of the night to ring to confirm. The duty manager in the morning was accommodating and apologetic, but could not understand why we had been rung.

Generally, a satisfactory stay, as indicated above, BUT one complaint was that the room smelled strongly of damp, imediately on entry and remained that way throughout my stay despite leaving the window open. This should be tackled imediately.

We chose the excecutive thinking it would be better but we were wrong. We were also under the impression by the website that a "snack was in the fridge" but nothing was found in one room and a bottle of water was in the other. Rooms really need upgrading as they were dark and dismal, decoration poor and outdated bedding etc

The room has all the amenities and all was in good working order.
Noisy! We stayed in room and there were squeaking noises coming from upstairs utility room which kept us up between midnight - 2am and again from 7am-9:30am. We asked to change rooms and unfortunately we had a room next to the corridor. We stayed over the new year and it was noisy with guests/staff fighting and shouting and yelling and quarrelling and slamming doors, we felt like calling the police at one point. This kept going on up until 4am and still people were running up and down the corridors banging on doors!

Convenient location, easy to find - sat nav. Check out receptionist in the morning most helpful regarding choice of alternative route - M25 acident junctions 21/20.
receptionist when checking in - (late 11pm).grumpy. Sent back outside to move my car, all she wanted to know was when I was paying, simply told to go thro door and turn left- to find room. Lock on door(single room - for a disabled person - did not work had to use a chain, and was woken by someone trying the door.

The hotel was good with all you would need for a overnight stay on a business trip.
The bad points was having to use the services for a hot breackfast. A continental breakfast was avalible in your room.

When I booked it included complimentary breakfast, but when I asked about it the receptionist said it was not included ( on computer) but then offered us breakfast. not a very good start. Bathroom was dated and needed attention
