The location of the hotel and the fact it had air conditioning and could provide tea & coffee facilities.
Only one minor point it was a bit dark in the room.

trés bon séjour le personnel très agréable l'hotel bien situé dans paris juste a coté du métro super et pas loin des champs très sympa
la chambre trop petite pour trois personne surtout quil y avait un lit de deux places et un lit de camp dans un 20 metre carré on était trois filles heureusement...on n'arrivé pas à bougé mais pas très grave pour nous car nous ne sommes pas resté très longtemps mais pour les long séjour je ne pense pas reprendre une chambre triple chez eux surtout en voyant que la chambre qui était à coté de nous était plus spacieuse pour deux personnes peut etre quils avaient payé plus lol...

accueil très agréable, rapidité dans le service du petit déjeuner en chambre, hotel pas très bruyant au niveau humain. Le métro même au 3ème étage s'entend, mais ça... c'est Paris....
