We did not spend much time in the hotel but found it very helpful & friendly
The noise from the traffic was not good & we did not sleep much so much so we slept in and was late for breakfast, but the kindness of the staff made us a full English which was very nice

Noise could be heard from guests on next floor.

Room facilities were fine, everything needed was there.Bathroom was lovely and very clean.
Noise from other rooms (flushing toilets, opening cupboards and drawers, coathangers moving in wardrobes, water running, continuous banging noise from pipes, snoring, sneezing, talking) could be heard all night, the walls are too thin. Beds were hard and not comfortable. NO hot water for showers in the morning.

The receptionist on duty when I arrived was very helpful. She provided me with all the information I needed and also booked me a taxi to take me to a meeting.

Friendly staff, no exceptions, excellent, tasty and hot breakfasts, convenient to all activities, city center and public transport if needed. Clean, stylish, updated bathrooms. Free parking. WiFi capabilities.
Older property and floors creaked allowing footsteps from overhead guests to be heard loudly and sometimes very early in the am.

working in a hotel my self in ireland i know how hotels work. i thouroughly enjoyed my stay. the staff were kind and helpfull. breakfast on both mornings were brilliant and freshly made. i would definatly stay again
the only bad point is the creaky floors.

Friendly and helpful receptionist and night manager. Pleasant room with good facilities. Very good breakfast.
Minor inconvenience to collect a hair dryer from reception. Also although not directly the hotel's fault the taxi service they booked for us was poor. He was 15 mins late arriving and then dropped us at the wrong place and we had a 10 minute walk on a cold December evening! The return journey by the same taxi company was fine and actually cost less than the outgoing one!

In-hotel restaurant is excellent and included breakfasts are great with fast, friendly service if you need to get to a meeting. The staff were very willing to help with whatever you need. I had family and friend's who left me messages at the hotel quite frequently during my stay and all messages were received quickly. All staff was great, helpful, and ready with suggestions for getting around the area. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. " (108012779)
Very friendly staff, very willing to help me with whatever I needed (sorting out taxis, local attractions, even lending me an umbrella when I first arrived so I could head out in the rain). Fast, very reasonably priced internet. Rooms were spacious and clean with full english breakfast included. Also only steps away from Old Trafford and local shops, pubs, and chippies.
Walls are a little thin and guests who stayed in next door room were very loud.

bar and restaurant close on a sunday no hot water in the shower asked for a bottle of water and got a hot glass of water which cost 1.70

The room was large and the bed was extrememly comfortable, the hotel was quiet and the staff were very helpful and friendly. i was also very impressed with the tv channels and size of tv in our room.
the only negative point was that there was no bacon for breakfast...but i could do without.
