  "overall very pleasent stay. the hotel was perfect for our needs and we would use it again." (97846091)

  very friendly and helpful staff, clean hotel central to everything with security on the front door.

  fold out bed was uncomfortable, stereo did not play cd's, very poor selection of english language tv channels.

  "would like to have known that our room was facing onto la ramblas and that it would be very noisy at night ,while we knew it was weekly cleaning we felt there should be a change of towels daily" (97807179)

  "This was a repeat visit(one of several)to this accommodation and on each visit we have been impressed by the friendliness of the staff and their helpfullness.If/when we revisit Barcelona it will be our first choice." (97060621)

  Very well-placed central position close to transport links and supermarket. Hotel very clean and efficient.

  The studio bed was old and sagging so uncomfortable to sleep on. Reception staff somewhat surly.

  "Situation of the hotel was superb as were the staff. However, would have prefered a " (99941006)

  Centrally placed, friendly staff

  Fold down bed settee, no maid service, air conditioning only churned out hot air.

  "Well this apart hotel is at the north end of the Ramblas (the better end)and yet it was very quiet at night. It was very well equipped with Fridge, Microwave, Hob, lots of crockery & pans and even a Dishwasher! If you go for a Studio be warned that the beds are puul-outs (or sofa beds) Once set up they were very comfortable though. Breakfast was a cold buffet and so we ate at a very good cafe about 30 yards from the hotel which was wonderful." (99622453)

  Excellent central location and yet quiet. Very well equipped (even a dishwasher)

  The Studios have sofa beds (pull out beds) and this was not made clear on the web site. We had to set these up ourselves which was very difficult and as the phone didn't work we couldn't phone reception for assistance.
