A La Villa Saint Martin, Paris - Reviews & Ratings"The receptionists have been very helpfull during my stay by recommending me places to visit in Paris. The room was cleaned every day. What I missed on the reservation form was the mention that the room contained bath and toilet, however in the hotel this is no problem because every room contains bath and toilet. The breakfast is very good because of the variety offered.(croissants, breads, marmelades, cereales, coffee, tea, jus d'orange etc)" (99785995)
Every point in the center of Paris can easily be reached from this hotel. Hotel is near Gare du Nord. (5 - 10 minutes walk)

Uncomplicated, clean, largish rooms, modestly priced, good breakfasts, excellent transport links (Gare de l'Est).

accueil,disponibilité et amabilité du personnel t.b.chambre bien conçue,calme petit déjeuner complet et varié
regrette que la chambre ne soit pas disponible à l'arrivée avant 14 h. compensé par le fait que l'on peut la garder jusqu'à 11.3O le jour du départ

It was quiet & warm.
Very little: no power/shaver point in the bathroom nor any extractor fan: minor inconveniences, but inconveniences neverthless.

Convenient location
The breakfast room was not inviting enough for me. It had too much of a works canteen look about it. I had my breakfast at a nearby café instead. Also, the corridors to the rooms upstairs are so narrow that in the morning when the chamber maids leave their cleaning equipment outside the rooms, you have to step over linen baskets etc and this is made even more difficult if you have a heavy suitcase. This could prove to be a health and safety issue.

Bien qu'à deux pas de la gare de l'Est, l'hôtel avec des squares proches et le quartier du canal Saint Martin voisin offre un environnement agréable." (99276454)

chambre au RDC avec bruit des sanitaires voisins et ménage (aspirateur) très matinal le dimanche

proximité de l'hôtel par rapport à notre moyen de transport (le train)et installation rapide (garde des bagages) afin de partir rapidement en visite de la ville.Hôtel calme dans une rue sans circulation ou presque...Nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Although only minutes from Gare de Lest station, which was very nice too, it was on a quiet road near a canal. Would recommend to friends and go back in future.
