We had just flown in after a long flight and asked if we could leave our luggage until check=in time. I had asked for an early check-in on my reservation, but she seemed unaware and unconcerned. I understand if you have no provisions to hold luggage, but she just said "no" without any suggestion for what we might do. It just gave a bad impression initially of your hotel" (107817956)
Good value for the money for a short stay
For a longer stay, no where to put luggage or even to walk around the bed -

Clean and spacious for the double room. Tripple room is a bit crammed. You would need a car to move around as there is nothing nearby. I dont think you can get any public transport without paying a hefty price.

He also was very informed about terminal information and gave me a tmetable of the bus shuttle. Very impressed as I was a first time traveller to Paris and wasn't familiar with the system. I plan to stay there again and have already booked. Great shuttle service to and from the airport for 5 euro (pay when you get to the hotel and can use multiple times if you want to - good value I thought)." (108066885)

Good check in & staff, room was big enough.
various lights in the room didn't work which would probably have been more of an issue if the stay was in the winter. It would have been nice to have an english speaking channel on TV like CNN news !

Premiere Classe Roissy, Roissy-en-France - Reviews & Ratings"We found the restaurant in the hotel next door, not the K____ Premier across the traffic circle, to have a problem with their chaud buffet. The appetizer buffet was good; the desert buffet, very nice. The chaud however, was not hot. This is a food safety issue. No one had any issues. Beyond the safety issue, the flavor was, well, boring. The rice was nice. The beef was tasty, but largely gristle. The fish was nice. The chicken reminded me of the desert. I would have been better served to have skipped the chaud buffet. (I have done buffet and would say the main issue was a need to bring our smaller amounts more frequently, along with different way to keep the food hot on the table.) Still I would eat at the place again, using the appetizer and desert buffet." (97262708)

The room was adequate for my purposes although a comfortable chair would have been good for relaxing or reading. The navette service to the airport was very useful and the staff very helpful." It was good value and perfect for an overnight stay in transit for the airport.
There was not a comfortable place to sit in the room.

Problème de coordination avec la société de transport (décalage trop important entre les horaires annoncés et le réel: plus de 20mn d'attente devant le CAMPANILE !!Il faut harmoniser!

impossibilité d'annuler une réservation ( faite par moi-même par internet pour des amis ) à partir de la réception de l'hôtel : on m'a demandé de me déplacer à l'hôtel Kyriad , puis vers un autre hôtel !!!

le service de navette entre l hotel et l aeroport etait tres insuffisant et nous avons du prendre un taxi pour ne pas manquer l avion alors que nous avions paye la navette. la navette est arrivee avec 15mn de retard et n a pas pu prendre tous les voyageurs, il fallait attendre la suivante qui avait aussi plus de 15mn de retard, c est alors que nous avons decide de prendre un taxi.

Le bus s'arrête devant l'hotel Campanile et pas devant le Première classe, ce qui est un inconvénient lorsqu'on est chargé. Il n'y a pas d'abris-bus." (97322038)

Le bus qui assure le transfert vers l'aéroport n'est pas adapté aux transports de voyageurs avec des bagages, marches trop hautes, espace bagage insuffisant, tables inutiles. A l'arrière du bus, 3 personnes se sont cognés la tête à cause de la marche.

Odeur de tabac dans la chambre ; porte de la salle de bains ne fermant pas (du tout), et non réparée. Linge de toilette propre, mais ayant une odeur très incommodante !

propreté de la chambre (table mal nettoyée). Il existe un document sur les horaires -exacts- des navettes qui vont de l'hotel à l'aéroport. Ce document est distribué à l'arrivée à l'hotel. En fait, ce document devrait etre aussi accesssible sur internet dans le lien de reservation. Cela eviterait de devoir passer des coups de fils et d'avoir une information plus fiable et de mieux organiser son deplacement une fois arrivée à l'aéroport.
