  hotel was very nice and you can reach very quick every place important in Paris.

  I find the hotel's parking fees is expensive.Daily parking cost is 24.-Euro.For the hotel's costumer should be cheap as max. 15 .-Euro par day.

  "Good impression except bad points." (107575944)

  1.Conciege is very politely and much enthusiatic assist clients. 2.Services in Cafe shop is better especially at morning buffet period.

  1.Flowing water of hand basin is very bad, very very slow. 2.Bath tub is very bad after using it which is easy to flow out the water through the retangular flat layer board (under the hand basin)going down to the floor and transfer into outside.

  Some staff is useful but most of them are not.

  I don't understand why the novotel in paris without the umbella borrowing services. Also, most staffs in casher is so cool...

  "De 3 ascenseurs 2 étaient hors d'usage. Le 3ème ne fonctionnait que temporairement, sans compter les files d'attente. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, c'est un scandale. Le frigo du minibar ne fonctionnait pas. Il n'y avait pas de placard (pour fermer) dans la chambre. Pour le petit-déjeuner, il fallait prendre en compte une file d'attente de 10 à 15 minutes."   Système de réservation très confortable. Situation centrale de l'hôtel. Parking souterrain. Check-in et check-out très confortable. Personnel aimable.
