The room was very nice, efficient and clean. Very good bathroom. Good breakfast. Our dogs were allowed and we could walk them very nearby the hotel. Very kind receptionist. We booked early and so it was quite cheap, good value for money. We certainly will come back here.

Express by Holiday Inn Dortmund, Dortmund - Reviews & Ratings"the only thing we didn't like was the room we booked for my parents. room 205. when they got there the first day, the room was smelling of cigaretes. we specifically asked for a non-smoking room. nearer to each other. we openned all the windows and after a very long time the smell went. we spoke to the receptionist and they offerred my parents to move to another level. but my parents didn't want to be too far from us, and said they would stay were they were, hoping the smell will go away. however the next day we went out for the day. when we got back the room was once again very smelly. {cigarettes smell} it felt like somebody had been smoking in the room and had just left. that was the only complaints we had. everything else was great. We would have wanted to know more of places nearby to visit. easier links to and from the airport. informations on how to get around etc." (99729897)
it was clean, affordable for a family with young children. breakfast inclusive was great. customer service was excellent.
