This attractive apartment complex is situated on Nerja's seafront, just 10 minutes' walk from the old town and the famous Balcony of Europe.

Spend the day relaxing by one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools and enjoy sunbathing. You can go for a swim to cool off when the temperatures get too hot.

There is also a reading room on site, where you can relax with a book in the evening.

Each of the apartments in Perla Marina comes with its own balcony, where you can soak up the sun in privacy.

The apartments have a minimum nights stay of 5.

  It was right on the beach and had 2 pools to choose from. Very cheap for beer and wine.

  No kettle in the apartments and we never got our room cleaned any of the days we stayed so no fresh towels ect...

  The appartments are very well situated, facing the beach. They are comfortable, and very close to the town center. We had stayed at the Perla de Marina 2 years ago and really liked it. This year it wasn't as nice due to the fact that the staff was rude.

  I have found the staff to be very rude in general. Upon arrival at 2 pm we had to wait 2 hours because the appartment was not ready, when it became ready we had to wait another 1 hour because the key of the safe was not working, and then another hour to get towels. On another occasion we had no towels at all and had to ring 3 times reception, and wait in our wet swimsuits for more than 1 hour to get them. When ordering drinks and coffee from the snack bar, the staff was always very rude and seemed to be really annoyed to have to work. Reception staff was also very unhelpful, we asked them to ring the taxi company to change a booking for us as we do not speak spanish, the person at the reception didn't want to do it and seemed really angry.

  The location is perfect for beach life with other opportunities if needed. The city is charming and not too crowded by tourists. Supermarkets and shopping possibilities is not too far away. Several nice beaches to chose from. We would really like to come back!

  I wish they upgraded the standard if the apartments to at least three stars but that's only me who like some more luxury.

  Mooi groot terras met zeezicht. Rustige ligging. Ruim appartement voor 2-4 personen, maar voor 6 wellicht wat krap. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. We mochten de laatste dag zonder bijbetaling nog de hele middag blijven. De boulvard is een enorme verbetering voor de ligging van deze appartementen.

  Soms een rioollucht in de badkamer.

  La ubicación ha sido lo mejor, a la puerta de nuestro adosadito, estaban las escaleras, para bajar a la playa (6 escaleras, y a disfrutar del mar). Nos encanto el gran porche que teníamos, ya que es donde hicimos la vida la mayor parte del tiempo, sobre todo los desayunos, las comidas y las cenas, y cómo no, las sobre mesas. Muy cerquita de la plaza Tutti fruti, q es la zona de marcha, de Nerja, y también muy cerquita del Blacón de Europa, y de la zona de tiendas.

  No sabíamos q las playas eran de piedra, y dentro del mar, más que piedra, rocas... Pagamos la novatadas el primer día, pero el segundo nos compramos unos escarpines de neopreno (q los venden en todas las tiendecitas) y ya pudimos disfrutar sin problema de la playa

  Los apartamentos eran un poco antiguos,nada que ver con las fotos que vimos en internet.No limpiaron en los siete dias que estuvimos.

  Die Lage ist einzigartig mit direktem Meerblick.

  Die Schlafzimmer sind zur Straßenseite und damit sehr laut. Mit geöffnetem Fenster zu schlaften ist daher nicht möglich. In der Küche ist der Thresen sehr klebrig, wahrscheinlich schlechter Anstrich. Obst kann nicht offen gelagert werden, da sonst eine Ameisenflut angezogen wird.

  Grei beliggenhet, nær havet, lang strandpromenade, gangavstand inn til sentrum. Hotellet i seg selv er sikkert fint, men ikke leilighetene. God seng. Hyggelig betjening.

  Leiligheteten trenger oppussing, muggsopp på bad, ikke oppvasmidler/kluter etc. Dårlig renhold. Småslitne møbler.Altfor høy pris i forhold til kvalitet og utstyrt leilighet. Sliten 2 stjerner....
