  "Nice friendly Hotel but not really what I would call a 4 star - although we were in the Annex not the main hotel. " (108285731)

  Excellent staff. Adequate parking. Easy walking distance to Beautiful lake Lugano.

  Breakfast offered limited choice. Hotel is in a village with only a few local amenities & bars close by.

  Nice room. Great view.Nice staff. Spoke good English.

  No Bad points apart from we could not get the bedside lamps to work but that could be us.

  "Alles in allem würde ich dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen." (107407788)

  Unser Familienzimmer (mit Air Condition) war enorm groß und bot einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Luganer See und die Alpen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung waren gut. Wir haben in dem zu dem Hotel gehörenden Bistro zu abend gegessen und waren mit der Qualität der Speisen sehr zufrieden, obwohl die Preise nicht gerade auf dem niedrigsten Niveau waren. Es gibt auch ein etwas gediegeneres Restaurant, welches ich aber nicht beurteilen kann, da wir es nicht nutzten. Als angenehm empfanden wir auch, daß das Hotel nicht zu riesig ist - es ergibt sich daraus eine angenehme Atmosphäre.

  Negatives gibt es kaum zu berichten. Die Lage des Pools (vor dem Hotel - direkt an der Hotelauffahrt) war vielleicht ein wenig gewöhnungsbedüftig. Beim Frühstück dauerte es eine Weile, bis sich jemand um uns kümmerte. Der Fernseher auf dem Zimmer ist für TV-Junkies möglicherweise etwas klein. Alles aber halb so wild - der sehr gute Eindruck des Hotel konnte dadurch nicht beeinträchtigt werden.
