accueil très pro très bonne réactivité du personnel face au pb (ci-dessous)
1ère nuitée dans une chambre de standart plus que moyen (chambre 1037) ne correspondant pas à celui de la location

Location, value for money
Staff knowledge of facilities were poor. Eg. Do you have an adaptor plug I can borrow? Sorry no. So I went and bought one only to find all the adaptors were built into the wall! Next... at 10pm, where is the bar? Sorry it's closed (er, no that will be 11pm). Can I check out late (I am happy to pay). The first two staff say no we are fully booked, the third says not a problem.
