"Bad expereince" (107284641)
Clean and new Rooms
1. When we checked out at 11.00 am and when my spouse came back to use the resturant toilet, she was not let in to use the same. We were totally shocked with this expereince. 2. In general, the hotel bill will be paid only at the time of check out but we were asked to pay to one day in advance and we thought that it was a regular pratice of this particular hotel but to our shock when we came out to check out, we saw other guests paying the bill when they were vacating. Why is this double standard? 3. Poor elivator
