Room was very clean Location was excellent in city centre Staff were friendly and helpful
No Tea/ coffee facilities in room or hotel only mini bar in room Bedside light broken and not repaired as requested Insufficient towels in bathroom Bath had high sides , no grab rails so stepping out/ in was hazardous (I am tall and agile but even so found this a problem) Elevator was very small

J'ai pu passer un bon et agreable sejour a l'hotel; la chambre et le restaurant etaient tres bons.
Je n'ai pas pu comprendre les reglements en ce qui concerne le parking. Les derniers deux jours de mon sejour ils n'avaient plus de tickets pour le parking et il m'a fallu payer le plein tarif.
