Habitaciones mul mal insonorizadas. Se oía todo lo delas habitaciones continuas y sobre todo el pasillo. Desayuno muy pobre para el precio aunque lugar muy agradable

Tamaño y limpieza de habitación y trato de personal.
Ruidos (cañerías a altas horas, portazos, televisiones...) mala insonorización.

Un hermoso lugar, con excelente ubicacion, excelente relacion precio/calidad, solo objetable el no tener personal para trasladar las maletas, por lo demas gran comdidad para medios de transporte, zona muy segura e inmejorable ubicacion. Para recomendar

Al segundo día lo hice de nuevo y funcionó correctamente. La inseguridad fué total. La próxima vez dudaría usar internet para contratar e intentaría que no me engañaran con la habitación. El segundo día me facilitaron otra habitación y todo funcionó correctamente. Las habitaciones del segundo día corrctas pero no de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Sí me hospedaría de nuevo pero intenta evitar los problemas surgidos." (108478460)
Situación geografica del hotel y comunicaciones
El primer día nos dieron una habitación simple en la que había dos camas. Una de las camas impedía que se abriera el frigorífico. El cuarto de baño limpio pero muy abandonado (no había tapones en bidé ni bañera) y la habitación estrechísima para dos personas)

-Precio (estamos en crisis). -Situación entre el aeropuerto y el centro.
-El desayuno es un poco flojo (lo tenía incluido en el precio, así es que no me quejo). -Llegué a la 1 de la madrugada y me tuvieron 15' pasando todas mis tarjetas por el datáfono (que no funcionaba desde esa tarde y la recepcionista lo sabía). Al final quería que rellenara un formulario, a lo que me negué, firmándolo en blanco. ¿para que quieren los datos de la tarjeta que enviamos por Internet si no les sirve para asegurar el pago?

Unfortunately the wheather was terrible, the city was damp. The suite is a good size with plenty of storage space. Large bathroom. The staff is helpful and friendly. The airconditioning/heating and the good-sized bed and comfortable modern furniture made our stay a very comfortable one. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for any purpose: business (good desk and free wifi), family or citybreak (near Metro).

when booking, your website states that there is an airport shuttle from/to the hotel. for real, there wasn't a shuttle at all! this cost me an extra 60 euro. the price for the room wa 40 euro... i really pissed off about this. please make sure the "airport shuttle" add is removed from this hotels page on your site!
