AIR CONDITIONING ON ROOF WAS NOISY SOUNDPROOFING BETWEEN ROOMS WAS POOR POOL AND POOL AREA WAS TOTALLY INADEQUATE

"THE HOTEL ITSELF WAS VERY WELL APPOINTED AND THE FACILITIES OF A HIGH STANDARD. STAFF WERE POLITE AND ATTENTIVE.LOCATION WAS A SLIGHT PROBLEM IN THAT THE DISTANCE TO THE CITY CENTRE INCLUDED A WALK TO ONE OF THE BRIDGES THEN A FURTHER WALK ACROSS THE BRIDGE AND ON TO THE CITY CENTRE." (99973640)

Location - Jacuzzi bath in room (Exec suite)- General cleanliness

No free internet wi-fi in room. Rooms advertised as all outside most with river views, but ours was facig another run down apartment block. The air-con unit did not work room was very hot.

"A little far out but still within walking distance of attractions - couldn't find out about buses beforehand so took a taxi, which was quite cheap." (99171932)

The room was spacious and having opted for the romantic deluxe suite the cava on arrival and the jacuzzi bath was fantastic.We really enjoyed our stay.

I thought the Jacuzzi bath would have been larger.
